Visiting the website for the first time will hardly impress you a lot since the main page does not look different from hundreds of other writing services. At the top, you can see three tabs inviting you to see how it works, read about the top writers, and get to know more about the company. The bottom left corner has the chat window to contact the Support Team and the top right corner has the login button for registered customers. Still, the website works well – all the tabs and buttons work properly and there are no distracting ads on its pages. Although it is not much different from other services in terms of design and usability, it works quickly and accurately. On the stage of exploring it, we liked it and had no questions regarding how to use it or the bugs of its basic features. 

Who Will Write Your Essay And What Quality You Can Hope For 

By clicking on the ‘Top Writers’ tab, you will visit the page with the list of the best writers. As we expected, no writer has a rating of less than 100%. Each preview of their profiles also includes the number of the orders completed so far, reviews of the clients, and the ‘Hire’ button to make you order an essay immediately.

You can click on any of the profile previews and see more customers’ testimonials on the particular writer’s work. There are no reviews other than 5 or 4-star, so it’s up to you to trust them or not.

However, if you search through the web for other Tutoriage reviews, you’ll see that the customers say the opposite about the service and its quality.

The customers are dissatisfied with the pieces of writing they received as they were not written up to the desired standards, while the price of their orders was high and some of them could not return the money they paid.

The experience of using this website was not pleasant for us, as our writer refused to revise our essay when we asked for it, although the instructions we have indicated were not followed in detail. When we looked for the information on payment methods on the website, we surfed the entire platform, and even Terms of Use mentioned a little about it. That’s why we decided to turn to the Support Team to make it clear. We’ve been told that the company accepts nothing but a credit card. As for us, we had no trouble paying with our card, although we were afraid about our data. Still, the transaction went well, so we hope no details of our card would be stolen.   Meanwhile, we think that having only one way to pay for the order is not acceptable for a decent service. Not all customers can be comfortable paying with their credit card on the website they visit for the first time, therefore payment methods need to be reconsidered and added. 

The Price List: What Does the Service Cost And Is It Expensive?

When it comes to the pricing policy, things are getting even more interesting. There is no clear price list on the website, and it made us question ourselves  ‘is Tutoriage legit or not?’,  since all that is mentioned is that the prices are ‘lowest’ compared to other services. The company makes writers look like freelancers who are allowed to propose their prices for the work, and it is up to the customer to decide which writer’s bid to accept. Still, we think that Tutoriage charges all of them with a certain % from the entire order price because even the lowest prices per page that we have been offered were not less than $20. We believe the writer has less than half of this amount since the quality of the papers here is below average.  One more thing to mention about the Tutoriage prices is that they are getting higher depending on the category of the writer: the higher it is, the more you will pay.

Delivery Of Your Order: Should You Wait For Ages Or Not

All that is clear regarding the deadlines is that the price will jump up if the order needs to be done in less than 24 hours. In such a case, you cannot hope to get a page for less than $50. If your deadline is longer, you are likely to pay at least $20 per page.  The delivery policy states that the money can be returned back if a customer notices that an essay was not done according to the instructions. Based on our experience, the money will stay on your account in a case when the writer took your order but then refused to finish it. We’ve had such an issue: we have just assigned another writer to work on our paper and had no trouble with the money.  One more issue that is worth your notice is that Tutoriage states clearly that it is not responsible for the way you will use the writing piece. They emphasized that they are not responsible for the grade you will get and whether you will fail the class or not. Are you still wondering ‘is Tutorial reliable?’ We would not say so.

What Can You Do If You Need Corrections Or Want Your Money Back

The revision policy states that if a certain piece of writing has not been written to the standards and instructions that were provided by the customer, it will be revised free of charge until it follows the guidelines . In fact, if you ask for the revision, you will need to prove it to the writer and the Support Team a few times that the essay is not acceptable. Also, there are certain time frames that allow you to ask for the ‘free’ revision and you will not get one if you miss them:

We’ve added the whole Revisions section to make you informed about the actual impossibility to get a revision after the money was released to the writer, as paragraph 2 contradicts paragraph 4. How do you think, what would the writer say after you pay 100% of the money and ask for the revision in 3 days? Right, the answer will be “The work is completed, so no revision is possible”. One more thing we’d like you to pay attention to is the “Money will be released automatically line. It means that the Support Team will take the money that was reserved for the order on your Tutoriage profile and pay it to the writer. Therefore, our piece of advice is to prevent this action by checking the order status often and reacting to the paper you have received immediately if the corrections are needed.  The refund policy of the company is even vaguer. While it states that you can receive a full or a partial refund, the thorough investigation means you will be told the paper was well written and you will not get your money back.

The good news is that the chargeback is possible. To do that, you will have to ask the bank that issued your credit card for help.
